This Terms and Conditions document is a valid and binding agreement between you ("User" or "Player") and arai33 ("Platform", "We", "arai33"). By accessing, registering, logging in or using any part of the arai33 platform, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by all terms stated here.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the platform immediately. Continued use of the arai33 platform after any amended terms come into effect will be considered acceptance of those amended terms.

To register and use arai33 services, users must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the date of account registration.
• Not be subject to any legal restriction that prohibits participation in online gambling activities.
• Register in a personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party.
• Not have been previously banned or suspended from the arai33 platform or any related platform.
• Provide true, accurate and current information during the registration process.

arai33 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including a copy of a valid national identity card (MyKad) or passport. If a user is unable to prove eligibility, arai33 reserves the right to suspend or close that account.

Each user is only permitted to hold one arai33 account. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and arai33 reserves the right to close all accounts involved and forfeit any existing balances without prior notice.

Users are solely responsible for the security of their account username and password. We recommend that passwords are not shared with anyone and are changed regularly. arai33 will not be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised account use due to the user's own negligence.

arai33 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through supported payment methods, namely Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), Boost, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH.

The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is RM10. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawal processing time typically takes between 10 to 45 minutes, subject to required verification.

Users are responsible for ensuring that the registered payment account details are accurate and in their own name. arai33 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. In the event of an error due to inaccurate information provided by the user, arai33 will not be held responsible for the loss of those funds.

arai33 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing for security review purposes, particularly when there are signs of suspicious activity or potential fraud. In such situations, users may be asked to submit additional supporting documents.

arai33 offers various promotions to players, including a welcome bonus for new members. The arai33 welcome bonus gives you an additional 120% on your first deposit, up to a maximum of RM1,000.

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount received. For example, if you deposit RM100 and receive a bonus of RM120, your account balance becomes RM220, and you need to wager RM1,200 (RM120 × 10) before the bonus funds are eligible for withdrawal. For a deposit of RM1,800, the bonus received is RM1,000, bringing the balance to RM2,800 with a wagering requirement of RM10,000 (RM1,000 × 10).

The following terms apply to all arai33 bonuses and promotions:

• Each promotion has a set validity period and cannot be used after the expiry date.
• Bonuses cannot be converted to cash or transferred to another account.
• arai33 reserves the right to cancel any bonus obtained through fraudulent means or system abuse.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-related withdrawal is approved.
• Each user is entitled to one welcome bonus claim only.

All games offered on the arai33 platform, including online slots, live casino, sportsbook and table games, are subject to their respective rules as set by the game providers. Specific rules for each game can be found within the game interface itself.

arai33 upholds the integrity of gameplay and uses a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) for applicable games to ensure that every game outcome is fair and cannot be manipulated. The RTP (Return to Player) value for each game is determined by the respective game provider.

In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, arai33 will make every effort to resolve the issue. However, bets that have been placed before the disruption occurred may not be refunded if the game outcome has already been recorded by the system.

arai33 users are required to behave politely and ethically at all times. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure:

• Using automated software, bots, or any third-party tools to play or gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to transfer balances between accounts through syndicate methods or wagering arrangements intended to move funds.
• Taking advantage of technical errors or unintentional promotions on the part of arai33.
• Providing false information during registration or the identity verification process.
• Attempting to influence or manipulate game outcomes through any unauthorised means.
• Any form of money laundering or suspicious financial activity.

Users have the right to close their account at any time by contacting the arai33 customer support team via live chat or email. Before account closure is processed, all eligible balances will be returned to the user subject to required review.

arai33 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• The user violates any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• There are signs of fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• The user's registration information is found to be false or misleading.
• The user is found to be holding multiple accounts.
• Legal requirements or instructions from the relevant authorities.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of terms, arai33 reserves the right to withhold any balance associated with activities that violate the rules. arai33's decision in this matter is final.

To the extent permitted by law, arai33 shall not be liable for any loss or damage, whether direct or indirect, arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of money resulting from betting or game outcomes.
• Service disruptions caused by technical issues beyond arai33's control.
• Unauthorised access to a user's account due to the user's own negligence.
• Delays in transaction processing caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet operators.

Users acknowledge that gambling involves real financial risk and that they bear full responsibility for the betting decisions they make. arai33 makes no guarantees regarding game outcomes or financial returns.

arai33 reserves the right to change, amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to users. Amendments will take effect immediately upon publication on the official arai33 website.

It is the user's responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of the arai33 platform after any amendment is published will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.
